This is the tinted lip conditioner in petting pink. This is 0.5 US FL.OZ/15 ML..This has spf 15 and it has a very sheer pink color which does not show up on my lips cause maybe its too light, too sheer , too similar to my lip color. For the price I think they could have done more with these, because the conditioning part of this is kinda similar to any other tinted lip things or lip balms I have bought and used at the drugstore. I wanted to get the two other shades for this sadly it is not available in the Philippines. I also think that I would just stick with my good ol' lipsticks they are worth the money and some finishes can be very moisturizing too.
Right now I prefer my Burts bee's Lip Shimmer in Rhubarb.. moisturizing and can be worn alone and still look pretty :)

So this is the Face Shop's version of a BB cream. Their's an HD one, a Aqua-tinted one and a Shimmer BB cream. The HD one is okay, Just like any other BB cream, the Aqua tinted one does not look good on pictures and I don't really see the point of this BB cream no special feeling or effect whatsoever, the Shimmer BB cream is just bad. I can't say anything good about this shimmer thing, even my mom hates it and she isn't picky about make up. The shimmer bb cream looks more like a highlighter it has too many chunky glitter that you cannot use it all over your face, let alone go on public with it on your face. Each product in this set is 25ml. It is quite heavy and not so blendable like other bb creams that feels just like a moisturizer, i'd say it's more of a mousse consistency so I wouldn't really recommend it. I'd choose the cheaper maybelline bb cream over this.

I can't really say much about this quad.. I like the colors, the pigmentation is excellent well except for the white shimmery one , that one is a bit chalky.. It does have a bit of heavy glitter in them but you can definitely just brush it off if you think it's too much. I love the packaging and for me it's an okay product but there really isn't a unique factor that would make me buy it again.

Everyone has been raving about this but frankly, I am not happy. It is a pretty blush, but its not pigmented enough for me. Its like I have nothing on, when the fact is that I have packed on layers and layers of this blush already. This would've worked for someone really really really pale but definitely not me.
It's a SATIN finish, 6g/0.21 US OZ, and pricey for a blush that does not show up :|
I will continue to use this though until it's gone so I can back to mac it but I would not consider repurchasing this again :|
I would choose my Happy Booster blush or the balm ones... or even elf blushes over this. Pretty, but not for me.

THE CLAIM : A silky finishing powder that provides an invisible way to set makeup. Reduces shine while optically minimizing the look of pores, lines, imperfections. Available in one universal colour that suits all shades. Wear over makeup or on bare, moisturized skin.
--It's finely milled compared to other loose powders on the market who are kinda chunky and colored. This one, as the name suggest, is transparent. It may look white on the container but once it is applied you will not notice any color change or any streaks of white powder no matter what your skin tone is.Its very light so its really easy to use.It makes your make up last longer. What I don't like about it is the container. Since the product is too soft and fine, the powder just goes everywhere. They made the holes a little too big so what happened was that all the powder comes up into the surface. Now I've tried this in 3 different ways: before make up, after make up and this powder on moisturized skin as suggested.
BEFORE MAKE UP: I wouldn't really use this as a "primer" as the product label suggest just because I don't really notice any change on the texture of my skin or whatsoever with this put on before foundation.
AFTER MAKE UP: This transparent finishing powder is a great product to set your make up with. You can buff this in and blend to even out the color of a blush and it looks fantastic. Its semi-matte so its not too dry looking and its not oily looking either.
ON MOISTURIZED SKIN: I'd have to say that in this method the product is so-so. It doesn't give you coverage obviously cause its transparent but you would see that it'll make your pores look smaller. Like your face is sealed but bare. I also noticed that my skin got softer when I applied this so that's a plus for me. :)
I like this and I really want to LOVE this but I'm having a little doubts. Upon using this powder for two days, I noticed that smalls blemishes are forming on my face. Now I don't want to get all irrational and blame it on this product but I've read some reviews saying that this can break people out because of the ingredients in it like cornstarch? or whatever it is they were referring to. I really do hope that its the case for me because this is pretty expensive for a setting powder even if its 9g.It applies perfectly to my skin so I don't want to believe that its giving me acne. Oh and on the site(maccosmetics.com)the product content has been reduced to 8g :(

Yehey for the Physician's Formula Happy booster blush and bronzer! These are like one of the cutest things I have ever seen. It smells good, its well worth money and the pigmentation is just awesome. I love how the bronzer wasn't too dark which was perfect for my fair skin and the blush just gives a rosy glow. What's so great with this product is the fact that it can produce 3 different shades. For the blush it could be peachy when concentrated on the lighter hearts on the pan, a mauve pink for the darker side, and a rosy pink for a combination of all colors. You wouldn't need to swirl your brush in the product because it is pretty pigmented. It has a brush and a mirror underneath so its really handy. :)
Let me just start by saying that I LOVE THIS LIPSTICK. Its just too pretty to be a limited edition but It is unfortunately. Its like a muted pink, in the site I think this was described as a Strawberry kinda color. When applied on my lips it just adds a glossy effect and evens out the color of my lips because this is the exact color of my lips but better. Its a Lustre finish so it is pretty sheer but then you can build up the color so it can pretty much suit anyone. This lipstick reminds me of a discontinued color called lip blossum I think its also a lustre finish and when swatched its pretty much the same color. What I don't like about the Lustre finishes is they have this weird smell that sometimes I can't really tolerate. That's the only downside though but hopefully I could get used to that.
(I used this duo on this picture. Not sure about how I feel about it though. Just tried it for the first time in the middle of the night right before I was dozing off.. so I kinda look like a beggar in make up.haha)
I got this Mineralized eyeshadow in Thunder and Rain. Its a combination of a Dark Blue and a Grayish Black Eyeshadow. It can be used wet or dry since its mineralized, it blends really well and you do get your money's worth with this one since you get two shadows and its not like you would use this for an everyday look so this would last a very long time. Unfortunately this doesn't really look great on me since I'm more of a bronzy gold person. The smokey look and I don't really go well together. So I dunno what am I gonna do with this. I think this is a limited edition duo.

I just finished cleaning my brushes and they look fantastic. They look just like the way I first saw them. When cleaning my brushes, I use water, baby oil, alcohol or any cleaning agent for hair, shampoo and a little conditioner. I find this combination to work perfectly and they make my brush hairs pretty strong and clean.I clean my brushes atleast twice a week especially for foundation brushes and eye brushes because they tend to accumulate a lot of bacteria due to the products I use with them.
In terms of drying I just get a towel, I press and wipe them clean and then lay them on the towel slightly elevated (roll one side of the towel for about 5 times) this is to help keep the form of the brushes and to help let the water out to prevent fall out.I let them dry a little for an hour or two and then I put brush guards on them and let them dry overnight or even for about 6 hours.
Cleaning make up brushes is important. They prevent breakouts, and they keep brushes looking good as new :) Its important to take care of these brushes because they can be pretty expensive and I find it unnecessary to keep buying new ones when you can just take care of what you have and keep them for a realy long time. :)

My mom just got home from the US and she got me a ton of stuff. She got me 3 coach bags, a coach wallet, etude house makeup, physician's formula happy booster blush and bronzer, and of course some mac items :)
surprisingly some of these were limited edition so I was happy about that since MAC counters here in the Philippines is totally scarce.
So for Mac i got:
-Prep + Prime Transparent Finishing Powder
-Duo Mineral Eyeshadow "Thunder and Rain" (Limited Edition)
-Gem of Roses lipstick from the Semi- precious collection
-Petting Pink Tinted Lip Conditioner
-Powder Blush in Well Dressed
(separate reviews will be done for each item)
Its not a lot but this definitely saved me a lot of personal money since I almost have nothing left. These things are pretty expensive so I'm glad that I got this for free and with love since they had to go to Macy's just to get this for me :) Too bad the UD pallete was already sold out so that would've been super awesome. but oh well :)
After about a month of waiting, I finally got my brush set! HAHA. I was super excited to have this because it was pretty cheap for a brush set and its earth-friendly :)
First of all I loved the Plastic Packaging it came with. It had a stitched ecotools label on it and its a pretty good case to put the brushes in (if only i cut it properly earlier because now its destroyed.) So at the back it had a description of the brushes:
-Handles made from bamboo
-100% cruelty free taklon bristles
-Recycled Aluminum ferrules
-Natural cotton and hemp cosmetic case
-Reusable storage pouch
I love how they had tips at the end of the list of brushes on how to save the earth :)
The 5 piece Bamboo set + 2 free brushes include:
-Mineral Powder Brush
-eyebrow brush? idunno what thats called a spoolie?? idunno.
The 6 piece eye brush set includes:
-Large eye brush
-Angled Crease Brush
-Petite Eye Shading Brush
-Travel case with Mirror
I love how these brushes have really soft bristles and its quite dense. What I don't really like is the fact that it was pretty small from what I imagined it to be but its kinda good too since its very travel friendly and you can put everything on the case provided.
Happy with this purchase. I got this from http://houseofflair.multiply.com. Suyen is very friendly and she prices items fairly plus she offers free shipping! :)

I went to the gym today and I had an intense workout just because I wanted to catch up for all those weeks that I've skipped the gym and because the graduation photoshoot is coming up so I don't want to look fat or anything. So I hope it works and I have about 2 weeks to make it happen. So anyway I was strolling at the mall and I walked pass the Lush store but something in me told me to go back and check out some stuff in the store and to see if my favorite Mask (Mask of Magnaminty) is there. It wasn't available and they told me that they might have it... next year. I got pretty sad because that's one of my HG product. I decided to look at the other stuff from their skincare line and I found the Tea Tree Water Toner and I got really interested because I've tried the Tea Tree Oil from the Body Shop and it has done wonders for my skin and this had a pretty black matte spritzer packaging and the amount of product (250g) is quite good too. The next one I picked up is ULURU forum shower gel and its limited edition. Its orange and its quite big of a product so its really worth the price since its way cheaper than the regular shower gels. The lady told me that limited editions cost less than regular products so I chose this one just to try it out.Its very citrus-y and Its really refreshing since I immediately tried it out when I got back to the gym for a quick shower.
How it is described:
"Ah, tea tree: how do we love thee? Tea tree is extremely soothing and can work wonders on troubled or oily skin. We’ve also added juniper berry and grapefruit waters to refresh and gently tone with natural oils. You can use this throughout the day to help tackle blemishes and lift your spirits."
This is describe as:
ULURU SHOWER GEL:
"Uluru has an intoxicating scent of orange, with a sexy undertone of rosewood. There’s some lemon myrtle, sandalwood oil and gardenia extract in there too, which all combine to make an aroma which is a little like a sophisticated orange sherbet."

Today I was on the hunt for some dupes for my current addiction which is the Geo Pink by MAC.Its a coral lipglass and it looks absolutely stunning alone or with a nude lipstick. I was planning to get a back up of this for 2 days now but I decided against it since I have been spending way more than I should in a month. So I went to the drugstore to look for dupes of this product and I made sure that it is just as good as the Geo Pink one.
What I found today is the In2it lip gloss in Carnival. It has the same kind of pigmentation, same kind of glossy finish and same consistency. The only difference is the price. This gloss cost a fraction of the price of MAC's geo pink. Super happy with this to the point where my craving to get a back up of geo pink was almost gone.
Another dupe I found is a Victoria's Secret Lipgloss I forgot the name but it looks orange-y in the tube (third swatch from the left). It smells good and is also cheaper.
The Last dupe I found so far is one of the lip gloss from Guerlain. Its not sticky, smells good but its more expensive than geo pink. Get this if you want a high-end dupe that has a pretty packaging and a little more product than the in2it one. I think it has the same amount as the Victoria's secret lip gloss. I don't have this product I just swatched this from the store but I'm planning to get this once I ran out of every drugstore dupe I got for Geo Pink.
Oh yeah and a non-lip gloss dupe is MAC's ravishing. Same shade, just as awesome :)
I got a few stuff today just before I went to my gym and I got: Blistex Complete Moisture (Blue Tube), Vaseline Lip Therapy in Cherry(White Tube with Red Cap),In2it Lipgloss in Carnival(Half White Tube/Half Plastic Clear Lip gloss container--the twisty type like elf but smaller), Elf Brush (I think its the face brush from the studio line, the flat top one that everyone has just been raving about), Elf Tinted moisturizer in Porcelain spf 20 (Black Tube in Black Box)and Elf Nail Polish in Rose Raisin.
Elf Brush: Awesome very dense I find it hard to use at this point though so we'll see
Blistex and Vaseline: Awesome. Awesome. Awesome.
In2it Lip gloss: Awesome. Absolute Dupe for MAC's geo pink
Elf Tinted Moisturizer: Mousse type consistency. Pretty good coverage. Nice packaging
Elf Nail Polish: So-so. Comes out like the color in the bottle. Opaque. It just doesnt work for me

I've been on the hunt for a good loose powder for a while now and I was already looking at the MAC loose powder but its sold out in MOA and Glorietta. I haven't tried looking at the Rockwell branch though but I bet they don't have it either. I really hate the crappy MAC counters in the Philippines. They do not have the nice stuff that you see on reviews or youtube videos. Mostly I get nice MAC stuff when I go on a trip elsewhere. So anyway I stumbled on this loose powder the other day and a lightbulb just popped out of my head and said "i'm getting this" immediately, i took out my wallet and walked out of the store, paperbag in hand. This is a nice powder, it almost doesnt show up on your skin so basically its like a setting powder when used with a large powder brush like the Sigma one which is very thick and fluffy. Its not a miracle product though since it really doesn't do anything special to the skin, but I guess its kinda good for my skin just because its from the Body Shop. Another thing I like about this is that the sifter jar doesn't have holes that are too big to the point that all of the powder will come up in the surface so you can just get the right amount for your face, you don't even have to pour some powder on the lid to control the amount which is a big plus for me because I don't really like messy loose powders. I'm not fond with the lid though because its like the UD 15th Anniversary Palette where your fingers will leave a lot of prints on the lid and it looks dirty overtime. Unless you don't mind wiping it off every once in a while. This product has two shades I got the lighter one and I got this on sale for like 50% off which is definitely a complete steal :)
Benefit Boxed Powders
(Actual pictures will be added soon or you can google it :))
The other day I receive my 3 benefit boxed powders: Coralista, Dandelion and Sugarbomb. Coralista is a pretty peachy color, Dandelion is like a light peach that doesn't really show up on my skin since its not a blush its a brightening powder. and Sugarbomb has four different colors and when swirled together it creates a pretty peachy-pinky-mauvey color... uhh i don't know I just don't know how to describe it its just really pretty :) Each product is about 12.0g and it comes with a brush which is quite soft and can be used when you're in a rush, but I like to use an angled contour brush for powder blushes. Worth the money but I think I would still prefer my the Balm blushes because of their staying power :)

I got this today while I was at the mall waiting for my friends. It really did caught my eye because it looks professional and it comes with a pump.I've read good reviews about this so even though its quite pricey for a drugstore product but I bought it anyway :P So I went home and applied this on my face and it looks fantastic. It makes my face look bright. Its medium-full coverage and it has an spf of 20. I'm in the shade 004 Nude which suits me perfectly and its super lightweight,it has tiny shimmer particles and is very blendable so a half pump can cover my entire face. Thumbs up for revlon :D

Yehey I finally got the Geopink Cremesheen glass! I've been waiting for this since the collection came out in July. I didn't really think that I would be able to get one since its a pretty popular color. I got this in Marionnaud for 1200php. I was looking at the Rose Quartz MSF and some of the blushes but I tried to be as frugal as I can be so when I got hold of this I just paid for it and left.
This is what it looks like up close its a corally color with the slightest hint of pink so I really have no idea why they labeled this geo pink. Its a cremesheen so its quite pigmented compared to others. When stood side by side and when applied on my lips this kinda reminds me of the MAC lipstick in Ravishing, its also a cremesheen. I love this because it is such a great color and its not sticky and smells really good.
This is a swatch :">
For me, this was the best product in the Semi Precious collection. Can't say anything bad about it aside from the fact that it is limited edition. I might get a back-up of this cause its just too pretty :>

Its 2 am I should be sleeping.whatever. I went to MAC today cause I've been trying to go there for about 2 days now because the new collection just came out. So when I saw the new collection with its little poster and stuff I just felt really excited and all out giddy. I got the Mineralize Skin Finish in Crystal Pink. Its an awesome champagne pink color on the outer rim, and then a variety of color on the middle area which comes out like a bronzy pink when swatched.I personally think that its the most interesting MSF in that collection, although I was debating on whether I should get that or the Rose Quartz one which everyone has been talking about. The lady did convince me to get this one because she said that If I had enough pink blushes then I could just layer on this MSF and it would totally be similar to Rose Quartz which is too fantastic to think about. The only think that I don't really love here is that the glitter can be a little too chunky. You can use it as a blush but I would say that it may be too much. So a lot of people would love this as a highlighter, its quite good for me though cause my craving for the Mary Lou-minizer from the Balm suddenly vanished because of this :)
I am slowly having a craving for this collection like I wanted to go back and get the pearl, rose quartz and goldstone, gem of roses lipstick and the geo pink cremesheen glass. Didn't know why I didn't get the lip products earlier maybe because I was too pre-occupied with the MSFs I've completely gone blind with all the other stuff in the collection.
