MAC Tinted Lip Conditioner in Petting Pink

This is the tinted lip conditioner in petting pink. This is 0.5 US FL.OZ/15 ML..This has spf 15 and it has a very sheer pink color which does not show up on my lips cause maybe its too light, too sheer , too similar to my lip color. For the price I think they could have done more with these, because the conditioning part of this is kinda similar to any other tinted lip things or lip balms I have bought and used at the drugstore. I wanted to get the two other shades for this sadly it is not available in the Philippines. I also think that I would just stick with my good ol' lipsticks they are worth the money and some finishes can be very moisturizing too.

Right now I prefer my Burts bee's Lip Shimmer in Rhubarb.. moisturizing and can be worn alone and still look pretty :)

The Face Shop: Face it BB collection

So this is the Face Shop's version of a BB cream. Their's an HD one, a Aqua-tinted one and a Shimmer BB cream. The HD one is okay, Just like any other BB cream, the Aqua tinted one does not look good on pictures and I don't really see the point of this BB cream no special feeling or effect whatsoever, the Shimmer BB cream is just bad. I can't say anything good about this shimmer thing, even my mom hates it and she isn't picky about make up. The shimmer bb cream looks more like a highlighter it has too many chunky glitter that you cannot use it all over your face, let alone go on public with it on your face. Each product in this set is 25ml. It is quite heavy and not so blendable like other bb creams that feels just like a moisturizer, i'd say it's more of a mousse consistency so I wouldn't really recommend it. I'd choose the cheaper maybelline bb cream over this.

Etude House: LuciDarling Quad in Caramel Sepia

I can't really say much about this quad.. I like the colors, the pigmentation is excellent well except for the white shimmery one , that one is a bit chalky.. It does have a bit of heavy glitter in them but you can definitely just brush it off if you think it's too much. I love the packaging and for me it's an okay product but there really isn't a unique factor that would make me buy it again.

MAC Blush in Well Dressed

Everyone has been raving about this but frankly, I am not happy. It is a pretty blush, but its not pigmented enough for me. Its like I have nothing on, when the fact is that I have packed on layers and layers of this blush already. This would've worked for someone really really really pale but definitely not me.

It's a SATIN finish, 6g/0.21 US OZ, and pricey for a blush that does not show up :|

I will continue to use this though until it's gone so I can back to mac it but I would not consider repurchasing this again :|

I would choose my Happy Booster blush or the balm ones... or even elf blushes over this. Pretty, but not for me.

MAC Prep + Prime Transparent Finishing Powder

THE CLAIM : A silky finishing powder that provides an invisible way to set makeup. Reduces shine while optically minimizing the look of pores, lines, imperfections. Available in one universal colour that suits all shades. Wear over makeup or on bare, moisturized skin.

--It's finely milled compared to other loose powders on the market who are kinda chunky and colored. This one, as the name suggest, is transparent. It may look white on the container but once it is applied you will not notice any color change or any streaks of white powder no matter what your skin tone is.Its very light so its really easy to use.It makes your make up last longer. What I don't like about it is the container. Since the product is too soft and fine, the powder just goes everywhere. They made the holes a little too big so what happened was that all the powder comes up into the surface. Now I've tried this in 3 different ways: before make up, after make up and this powder on moisturized skin as suggested.

BEFORE MAKE UP: I wouldn't really use this as a "primer" as the product label suggest just because I don't really notice any change on the texture of my skin or whatsoever with this put on before foundation.

AFTER MAKE UP: This transparent finishing powder is a great product to set your make up with. You can buff this in and blend to even out the color of a blush and it looks fantastic. Its semi-matte so its not too dry looking and its not oily looking either.

ON MOISTURIZED SKIN: I'd have to say that in this method the product is so-so. It doesn't give you coverage obviously cause its transparent but you would see that it'll make your pores look smaller. Like your face is sealed but bare. I also noticed that my skin got softer when I applied this so that's a plus for me. :)

I like this and I really want to LOVE this but I'm having a little doubts. Upon using this powder for two days, I noticed that smalls blemishes are forming on my face. Now I don't want to get all irrational and blame it on this product but I've read some reviews saying that this can break people out because of the ingredients in it like cornstarch? or whatever it is they were referring to. I really do hope that its the case for me because this is pretty expensive for a setting powder even if its 9g.It applies perfectly to my skin so I don't want to believe that its giving me acne. Oh and on the site(maccosmetics.com)the product content has been reduced to 8g :(

Physician's Formula Happy Booster Blush & Bronzer

Yehey for the Physician's Formula Happy booster blush and bronzer! These are like one of the cutest things I have ever seen. It smells good, its well worth money and the pigmentation is just awesome. I love how the bronzer wasn't too dark which was perfect for my fair skin and the blush just gives a rosy glow. What's so great with this product is the fact that it can produce 3 different shades. For the blush it could be peachy when concentrated on the lighter hearts on the pan, a mauve pink for the darker side, and a rosy pink for a combination of all colors. You wouldn't need to swirl your brush in the product because it is pretty pigmented. It has a brush and a mirror underneath so its really handy. :)
